“The Impact of Employee’s Work Load on the Quality of Customer Services at Bank Jatim Malang”. Bank Jatim has a strategic place and is a well-known bank in East Java with many customers from East Java saving their money, taking credit and the others transaction.
The writer observed some problems related with the Bank operation, particularly in operation of Multiguna program. That the number of staff in Multiguna Loan section was not in balance with the number of customers and who want to take the multiguna loan. It will disturb the process of services to the customers.
The writer has some suggestions for the Bank Jatim Malang, she hopes that the Bank should add the staff at Multiguna Loan and management of Bank Jatim Malang branch office should consider the number of employees who have to serve the customer weather they are capable or not to give effective services to the customers.
