Research with the title Procedure for submitting and handling customer complaints at PT. Bank X aims to find out how the procedures for submitting and handling customer complaints carried out at Bank X. Complaints are very useful for a Bank, with complaints the Bank can find out the shortcomings it has so that the Bank can fix what needs to be improved so that it is better for the future. This study used descriptive qualitative research results there are three (3) methods of delivery and complaint handling implemented in Bank X is delivery directly divided again into complaints submitted by face to face at the Bank, and the call center, written delivery via social media and letters while the whistleblowing system application is also through social media.
