Abstract Decision Support System Application for Early Detection of Web-Based Pregnancy Risk Using the Simple Additive Weighting Method aims to design a decision support system application based on patient examination data that can make it easier for health workers to detect pregnancy risks early, using the web-based Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The methodology used in this research is generally the system development method, namely the SDLC (System Development Life Cicle) which focuses on the Waterfall method. The results obtained from this study are an application that can be used to temporarily detect the risk of pregnancy based on the results of calculations using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method which is a value and produces a decision that is risky or not at risk. So that by doing so, the right and quality decisions will be made, and help health workers at this first level detect the risk of pregnancy.
