Currently, English has become a language that needs to be learned. This is evidenced by the existence of English subjects in every school. Even though English is taught in every school, sometimes students are not proficient in learning or speaking English. One way to make it easier to learn English is by taking courses at English language courses.
In the first stage of the research, namely conducting a literature study. The second stage is data collection. The third stage is to conduct analysis. The fourth stage is system development. The fifth stage is the implementation / testing phase. The last stage is making a report. From the research results of making web using PHP and MySQL programs and making video profiles, promotional suggestions media can be generated, namely the website and the video profile of the Bojonegoro English Course. With this web and profile video, it can make it easier for the Bojonegoro English Course (BEC) to carry out promotions.
