One of the methods used to make a Data Collection Application and Decision Support for the Distribution of Social Assistance to Poor People in Kedung Pedaringan Village is by using the Extreme Programing (XP) method introduced by Kent Back. According to Kent Back's explanation, Extreme Programing is a method of developing software that is fast, efficient, low risk, flexible, predictable, scientific, and fun. According to Carolina in (Lubis, 2016) Extreme Programing (XP) is known as a method or technical how to, how a technical team develops software efficiently through various practical principles and techniques of software development. In the Extreme Programing method, there are 4 stages, namely Planning, Design, Coding, Testing.
The method of designing is by planning or designing how the application for data collection and support for social assistance distribution decisions will be made with existing data. After the planning has been mature, the next process is making a design form with the fields needed in the application according to population data. Then do the coding to input data from worksheets to execute data input in VBA and print the results to the worksheets. The final stage is a trial of the Form and Coding that has been made, whether the coding is appropriate and can be run or even a Run Time Error occurs.
