Humans and all office activities are the most important factors in determining the need for a comfortable space to work / Human Centered Design. The problem most often felt by office employees is the dimensions of the work station (chairs and tables) that do not match the dimensions and body mass of employees. A poor working position can cause work fatigue and result in complaints of pain in body parts such as aches, back pain, stiff neck, fatigue, and so on. By using the REBA worksheet it is known that to determine the level of risk for workers and also the collection of worker anthropometric data using the type of chair used as a reference with the Kolgomorov-Smirnov Normality Test. The final results show that the results of the evaluation by REBA on the seat type 3 are at Level 3 (high risk) which indicates that the work position / posture requires immediate corrective action. The results of the calculation of chair dimensions that have been tested for distribution and normality are expected to meet the needs of workers and reduce the risk of accidents for workers. With this research, it expects workers to pay more attention to ergonomics in the workplace, especially sitting position at work.
