Studi Penelitian Pengaruh Perbaikan Permukaan Tulangan Bambu terhadap Kuat Lentur dan Lendutan Balok Bertulang Rangkap Bambu Kondisi Under Reinforced dan Over Reinforced (CD + Cetak)
Bamboo is a natural product that is renewable, inexpensive, easy to grow, has fast growth, and has a high tensile strength equivalent to 1/2 to 1/4 of the ultimate iron pressure. This is what makes bamboo as an alternative to steel. However, due to its hygroscopic properties, stickiness between bamboo and concrete is reduced. The solution is to repair the surface with a notch and tied with bendrat. The test object used was double reinforced bamboo treated with notch surface repair and tied by bendrat with a distance of 5 cm in under reinforced and over reforced conditions, using reinforcement ratios of 0.25 and 0.289, and yield stress of 420.36 Mpa. The beam size is 10 cm x 15 cm x 80 cm and will be tested on 28 days. Concrete quality plan 24.9 Mpa. Flexural strength and deflection testing uses flexural beam testing (ASTM C78) which has 2 centralized loads. Under reinforced beam conditions with the ratio of the area of compressive reinforcement to tensile reinforcement (α) 0.25 and reinforcement stress (fy) 420.36 MPa due the notch surface have a flexural strength value of 7.33 N/mm2 and deflection of 5.75 mm is smaller than the value of flexural strength and deflection by being tied with bendrat of 15, 21 N/mm2 and 6.70 mm. Over reinforced beams (α = 0.286 dan fy = 420.36) with the notch surface have a flexural strength value of 10.40 N/mm2 and deflection of 5.50 mm is smaller than the value of flexural strength and deflection by being tied with bendrat of 16.27 N/mm2 and 6.55 mm. The under reinforced beam (fy = 420.36 dan α = 0.25) with
the notch surface have a flexural strength value of 5.60 N/mm2 and deflection of 7.11 mm is smaller than the value of flexural strength and deflection by being tied with bendrat 18, 13 N/mm2 and 8.19 mm. Over reinforced beams (fy = 420.36 dan α = 0.286) with the notch surface have a flexural strength value of 10.93 N/mm2 and deflection 4.12 mm is smaller than the value of flexural strength and deflection by being tied with bendrat 18.67 N/mm2 and 6.91 mm. Surface repair by tied with bendrat is more influential to increase the flexural strength and deflection of the beam compared to surface repairs by notch.
