Pengaruh Penggunaan Batu Andras sebagai Pengganti Agregat Kasar pada Lapisan Perkerasan Aspal AC-WC (Asphalt Concrete-Wearing Course) (CD + Cetak)
AC-WC is a type of flexible pavement layer, this layer is a layer that is directly related to vehicle tires, is impermeable to water, resistant to weather, and has the required rigidity with a minimum nominal thickness of 4 cm. The coarse aggregate of Andras stone used is crushed using a stone crusher to meet the standard grain diameter of coarse aggregate. This study aims to determine the feasibility of the quality of the AC-WC mixture using Andras stone as coarse aggregate. This study uses the Marshall testing method. Marshall test is intended to determine the resistance (stability) to plastic melt (flow) of the asphalt mixture and aggregate. AC-WC mixture uses (100%) coarse aggregate Andras stone and 100% standard aggregate. From the results of this study, it was found that the use of coarse aggregate of Andras stones in the AC-WC mixture fulfilled the requirements of Marshall properties, namely Stability, Flow, VIM, VFB, VMA, and MQ. By producing the optimum asphalt of 6.3%. Based on the research results, the AC-WC mixture using 100% Andras stone aggregate obtained a stability value of 2029,957 kg and a plastic melting value of 2.07 mm.
