Work discipline, organizational culture and employee performance are closely related, because the important factors in determining employee performance are to create high work morale and performance, so that organizational goals can be achieved properly. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether work discipline and organizational culture have an effect on performance.
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline and organizational culture on performance. The benefits taken from this research are that it can be used as a consideration for companies in making decisions, and make a meaningful contribution to students in solving the same problem.
The research method used in this research is a quantitative approach using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The number of population members in this study were 30 employees. The analysis technique used: validity test, reliability, classical assumption test, F test, t test.
Based on the research results, it shows that work discipline and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee performance. And based on the data output, the regression coifesian R number in the summary table model shows that it is 0.532, this shows that the variables of work discipline and organizational culture have a significant effect on the performance of permanent employees in the manufacturing division of PT.PG Rajawali I Unit PG. Krebet Baru Bululawang Malang.
