On the Job Training Program is a program that should be done for the students and expected to get a new work experience for the students. By this program the students expected to be ready on working competition, especially in tourism destination that is hotel or resort. During On the Job Training program the writer was asigned at Kaliandra Resort and Organic Farm as Guest Relation Officer. Guest Relation Officer is an important part of the hotel and also become heart of the hotel and the guests. When the writer was in charge as Guest Relation Officer, the writer was found a problem that was communication. To be an Excellent Guest Relation Officer there are important things should be mastered. According to the writer, becoming a Guest Relation Officer is not easy, in fact to be a guest Relation Officer must be Professional and responsible. In other word, this On the Job Training program is aimed the students to be a professional worker in the future and also for better education system.
