Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan dan Kualitas Produk Food and Beverage terhadap Kepuasan Tamu di De Hemel Restaurant The Shalimar Boutique Hotel (CD + Cetak)
The Shalimar Boutique Hotel is a 5-star hotel located in Malang City. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction at The Shalimar Boutique Hotel, especially at De Hemel Restaurant. The data collection technique was by distributing a list of questions or questionnaires to 30 respondents, which were then analyzed using
multiple linear regression methods. The results of this study, service quality and product quality together have an effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has the most influence on customer satisfaction because the services provided by prioritizing caring are carried out politely.
