Pengaruh Fasilitas dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Wisatawan pada Destinasi Wisata Ledok Ombo di Kecamatan Poncokusumo (CD + Cetak)
This study aims to determine the effect of facilities and service quality on tourist satisfaction. The population in this study were Ledok Ombok Tourists. The sample used was 100 respondents. Sampling was done using the Slovin method. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis techniques, F test and t test. The results showed that the facilities and service quality together had an effect on tourist satisfaction. Facilities and service quality individually affect tourist satisfaction. Service quality has a more dominant effect on tourist satisfaction at the Ledok Ombo tourist destination.
