Pengaruh Social Media Marketing dan Word of Mouth Terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung di Precet Forest Park, Desa Sumbersuko, Kecamatan Wagir, Kabupaten Malang (CD + Cetak)
This study aims to see the effect of Social Media Marketing , and a Word of Mouth on Visit Decisions at Precet Forest Park, Desa Sumbersuko, Wagir District, Malang Regency. The population in this study are tourists who are least 13 years old. The sample is 100 respondents using simple random sampling and questionnaire to collect data.
The result of the study are hypothesis 1 is accepted and hypothesis 2 is rejected. Social Media Marketing and Word of Mouth influence visiting Decisions at Precet Forest Park. Social Media Marketing is promotion that is quite effective, and is supported by a positive Word of Mouth able to attract tourists to visit Precet Forest Park. Hypothesis 2 rejected because the Word of Mouth is a promotion used by someone by word of mouth based on personal experience.
