Pengaruh Adversity Quotient terhadap Social Loafing pada Tugas Kelompok Mahasiswa (CD + Cetak)
The assignments given by the lecturer can be divided into 2, namely individual assignments and group assignments. In doing group assignments, there are those who really make a maximum contribution and some who do not really contribute to the group. Such a thing is called social laziness (social loafing). This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between the adversity quotient on social learning in student group assignments. The research sample consisted of 98 students of Merdeka University Malang by using a random sampling technique. The research method used is the quantitative correlation method with the Likert scale type as a data collection tool. The scale in this study is the adversity quotient scale and the social loafing scale. The analysis used in this study is Karl Pearson's product moment correlation, with a coefficient of determination of 0.975 or 97.5%. This shows that the Adversity Quotient variable can explain or influence Social Loafing by 97.5%, a significant p of 0.00 (
