Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Motivasi Kerja Karyawan Rumah Makan Ayam Goreng Haji Sholeh (CD + Cetak)
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job satisfaction on work motivation of employees of Haji Sholeh Fried Chicken Restaurant. The population in this study were all employees of the Fried Chicken Restaurant Haji Sholeh consisting of four branches, namely Pasuruan, Probolinggo, Mojokerto and Malang as many as 160 employees using proportional random sampling technique so the number of samples was determined as many as 40 respondents. The data analysis technique used for testing uses simple linear regression techniques. Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been done, it can be concluded that there is an effect of job satisfaction on the work motivation of employees of the Haji Sholeh Fried Chicken Restaurant. There is a positive and significant influence between job satisfaction and work motivation, meaning that with increasing job satisfaction, work motivation will also increase. The analysis result also shows that the correlation coefficient (R) which describes the strong relationship between the job satisfaction variable (X) and the work motivation variable (Y) is 0.567, this means that the relationship between job satisfaction and the work motivation variable is moderate / quite close. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that job satisfaction increases as indicated by job satisfaction, superiors, coworkers, promotions given by the company and the salary given can increase employee motivation to work.
