Subjective Well-Being Aktivis Ham di Kota Malang (CD + Cetak)
This study aims to determine the dynamics of the Subjective Well-Being of Human Rights Activists in
Malang City. This research uses qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach.
Using 2 subjects using Purposeful Sampling which is included in the non-probability sampling method
or non-random sampling. Both subjects have been active in activism for more than one year, and have
also experienced first-hand losses when working in the world of activism. The results of the study and
discussion stated that both subjects had good subjective well-being dynamics. This is shown by the
results of interviews and observations regarding the cognitive and affective aspects that exist in the
individual human rights activist. These two aspects are also supported by seven factors that cause
subjective well-being, each of which shows positive results even though it differs between each
subject.
