Early adulthood is a period of adjustment to new life patterns and new social expectations. This period is the most important time in life because individuals begin to pursue a career and build wider interpersonal relationships. The demand to finish lectures and start working makes some people experience career anxiety. A career anxiety is a condition where someone feels anxious about the ability possessed to face the experience or work in the future. Individuals need the ability to deal with situations like this. Of the many potentials possessed by individuals, one of them is how far the individual is able to survive in the face of difficulties and the ability of individuals to deal with each difficulty. This is called the adversity quotient. Adversity quotient is thought to have an effect on career anxiety in early adulthood in the city of Malang. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Adversity Quotient on Career Anxiety. This research is a quantitative research. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and used 100 students in Malang as subjects. The analysis in this study uses simple linear regression. The results showed that there was an effect of 26.7% Adversity Quotient on Career Anxiety.
