Perbedaan Kepuasan Kerja Driver Ojek Online Grab Bike di Malang Ditinjau dari Tingkat Pendidikan (CD + Cetak)
In this modern era, to fulfill community activities requires transportation as a means of support and help in carrying out its activities. In Malang, there are 5900 quotas to become online motorcycle taxi drivers, the number of drivers operating apart from causing a lot of competition also affects the income of drivers every day. The fulfillment of driver welfare must be paid for by the hard work of drivers. Recent research shows that one of the factors underlying job satisfaction is the level of education. This research was conducted to determine whether there are differences in job satisfaction between drivers with high school and tertiary education backgrounds. The measuring instrument used in this study is the Likert scale which is distributed to 102 fulltime Grabbike drivers. The t-test result of 0.039 shows that there is a difference in job satisfaction between online motorcycle taxi drivers with a high school and university education background. The mean value of college is smaller than the mean value of high school, namely college 98.44 while high school 100.87. This means that grab-bike drivers with a high school education background are more satisfied than grab-bike drivers with a college education background.
