Sendang Biru is one of the beaches located in Malang Regency. Sendang Biru is one of the local wisdom that is rich in produce in the field of maritime and tourism. The large sea catch made Sendang Biru to be turned into The Indonesian Fishery Port by the Government of Malang. Sendang Biru is a combination of two main aspects of activities, namely fisheries and business, and there are aspects of activities that can be attached and interconnected namely tourism due to the geographical location of Sendang Biru adjacent to Sempu Island.
Sendang Biru is one of the beaches included in the development area in Kabupatn Malang hence the need to design The Blue Sendang Nusantara Fishery Port in order to be a design design by becoming a development container in the field of maritime, commercial social and tourism in Malang Regency. In addition, the development of the planning design can realize the implementation of the local wisdom element of East Java, especially Malang Regency in the design of The Nusantara Fishery Port and architectural settlement in the challenges of the planning and design process.
Fishing is the livelihood of the Blue Sendang community. The planning of the Fishery Port will help to make the containers of fishermen to be able to explore after improving welfare in their work. The design of fishery port is expected to realize the development container in the field of marine, commercial and tourism development with an architectural approach in Malang Regency by bringing the design of the fishing port "Nusantara" in the design of The Archipelago Harbour Of Sendang Biru. That is, it can be created if in the design explores more in what local wisdom of East Java especially Malang Regency and the potential in Sendang Biru that can be raised with architectural considerations and solve architectural problems taking into account the strengths and weaknesses of Natural Resources and Human Resources, as well as all the potential impacts in Sendang Biru and its local wisdom with a structured architectural approach.
