Today, in the industrialized world we are required to fast in completing all the work that aims to
create or make a device more efficient and practical to facilitate the work in large numbers.
The machines that made is a Jig & Fixture for pipe cutting diameter of 3-6 inches using asitelin
welding which has a working principle by heating the pipe to near the melting point, then the
electric motor as the driving the region contribute to the power and rotation will be transmitted
to the system (clamp) so that can rotate through a belt and pulleys. Prior to rotate the clamp,
reduced first round with a reducer which generate power output and the rotation, so that the
electric motor turning the clamp and the workpiece simultaneously.
Specifications of the analysis of the pipe cutting machine diameter 3 – 6 inches using this
welding Asitelin is as follows: The final round produced by this pipe cutting machine is 0.76 rpm,
the driving motor rotation is used = 1450 rpm, the pulle is driven (input reducer) = 7 inches,
reducer used = 1: 50, drive pulley used = 2.5 inches, pulley driven (shaft) = 9 inches.
