Palm oil is one commodity that has a large contribution to the Indonesian economy. Nowadays,Indonesia is the largest CPO producer in the world. The many benefits of Crude Palm Oil (CPO)and Palm Kernel (PK) for the industry and the increasing demand for world markets, theprocessing industry of CPO and PK has good prospects in the future. Knowing the percentageobtained from each stage of the production process into oil palmand palm kernel becomes veryimportant to maintain stability of production conducted.Where, determine the percentage yield ofthe treatment will be a benchmark in getting maximum results from processing without many losses.The main purpose of palm oil factory is to produce high CPO and PK, and the achievement of quality of product. Research carried out by observation, data collection as an input in calculatingthe result production process of palm oil mill PT.Suryaraya lestari 2 Sulawesi Barat with aproduction capacity of 60 tons / hour. Study of the production process and the calculation resultsof the factory production referable in estimating the achievements of PT. SRL 2 and correctionwhen needed. Palm Oil Factory PT.SRL 2 is estimated to produce 22,27% CPO and processing capacity of 60 tons / hour.
