World engineering industries inevitably produce waste, the waste oil is one of the B3 waste ( Hazardous and Toxic ) and contain heavy metals which is liquid, has a boiling point, flash point and a specific point so it can be used as an alternative fuel replacement for traditional stoves in general. Burner fuel waste oil earlier generating a splash of oil outside of the kitchen combustion are carried away round the vortex ( cyclone ) caused the mixing of oil and air occurs in the combustion chamber giving rise to new waste around the kitchen burning. Required redesign of the burner fuel waste oil so that it does not happen again. So this research is more focused, determined the boundaries of the problem that is discussed mass flow rate of air, waste oil and the temperature of the combustion is happening and how to work the stove, do not discuss the heat transfer that happens around the kitchen burning. Authors seek reference of the burner and waste oil as well as the design of the stove waste oil that is already there then analyze, with the experimental method to collect data through testing and methods the literature to solve the problem with the theories from the book support so as to produce a stove with a type B with an angle of open valve of the wind blower is fully open as well as the angle open fuel valve fully open to produce the energy unity of time higher, while on the burner type A, there are still splashes of waste oil around the kitchen burning so more extravagant in the use of fuel and cause new waste.
