Analisa Proses Pembuatan Roll Dies untuk Pipa Bulat Berbantu Perangkat Lunak (Software) Mastercam (CD + Cetak)
CAM is the design of the process of eating, toolpath, set up, and others related to CAD. The parameters include depth of cut, retract, cutting speed, and feed rate. To find out these parameters you can use the MasterCAM software. The MasterCAM simulation uses a workpiece of roll dies with round pipe sizes of 1 dim, 1½ dim, and 2 dim. The purpose is to find out the process and parameters in the process of making roll dies. The results of this simulation are divided into 4 according to the parameters. First, the face process cutting speed for dimensions 1, 1½, and 2 dims is 213.43 m / min. In the rough process the cutting speed value is 213.43 m / min for dimensions 1, 1½, and 2 dim. And for the drill, groove, and cut off process that is 179.87 m / min for dimensions 1, 1½, and 2 dim. And finishing groove value is 184.53 m / min for dimensions 1, 1½, and 2 dim. And boring process the value of cutting speed is 201.64 m / min. The second feed rate for workpieces is 1.1½, and 2 dims is 0.2 mm / rev in the face process. The rough process is 0.4 mm / rev for dimensions 1 dim and 0.5 mm / rev for dimensions 1½ and 2 dim. And the drill process is 0.48 mm / rev for dimensions 1 and 1½ dim and for ukran 2 dim is 0.44 mm / rev. In the groove process that is 0.05 mm / rev for dimensions 1, 1½, and 2 dim. The cut-off process is 0.04 mm / rev for dimensions 1, 1½, and 2 dim. The third is depth of cut for dimensions 1, 1½, and 2 mm for face, rough and groove processes. For cutoffs with a value of 3 mm for dimensions of 1.1½, and 2 dim. The fourth retract in the process of face, rough, drill, groove which is 2 mm for dimensions of 1.1½, and 2 dim. In the cut off process that is 3 mm for dimensions 1,1½, and 2 dim.
