In the construction planning of a building at the present time, has experienced quite rapid development, there are several types of building structures that are used, including steel structures, reinforced concrete structures and precast concrete structures. These three elements differ in terms of the nature of the material aspects, methods of implementation that affect the time of implementation and most importantly in terms of strength and cost. This study
aims to compare the three elements in the Bank Sinarmas Bondowoso development project.
From the results of calculations and data analysis, the total cost of implementing steel structures is Rp 1,034,141,796.52, - the total cost of implementing reinforced concrete structures is Rp 648,531,251.59, - and for precast concrete structures Rp 838,811,226.24, - the duration of time between the three is steel structure. 16 weeks, reinforced concrete structures 20 weeks and for 18 weeks precast concrete structures. The results of the comparison of the three systems show that the cheapest alternative structure is to use reinforced concrete structures and for the fastest time to complete the work is to use steel structures.
So that the selection of alternatives used must be in accordance with needs, field conditions and the function of the building itself.
