The purpose of this Final Project is to solve the problem of the delay in the implementation of the New 12 Floors Building Project Phase I of the Administration Faculty, Universitas Brawijaya Malang by determining the types of work that can be accelerated, determining the number and types of labor, and handling costs for acceleration. It also can set the planned implementation time precisely.
Based on the realization report of the first 10 weeks or 70 working days it only reached 33.70% while the percentage of the initial plan was 41.70%, resulting in delays between plans and realization. To accelerate the project completion time, this study was made, namely the acceleration of development using the crashing program method without increasing the number of workers. The emphasis is in terms of the time it can be planned to finish as originally planned. In terms of cost, the acceleration method requires a fee of Rp. 30,010,059.41 per day. The total acceleration fee for 61 days is Rp 1,830,613,624.13. So from the initial project budget of Rp. 26,658,971,680.32. the total costs incurred to be Rp
28,489,585,304.45.
