Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan, Harga, dan Kepercayaan Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Telkomsel Branch Malang (CD + Cetak)
This research was conducted to determine the effect of service quality, price, and trust on customer satisfaction Telkomsel Branch Malang. Communication is an important need for society, so competition in the telecommunications industry is getting tighter, Telkomsel is the number one telecommunications company in Indonesia, of course customer satisfaction is one of the benchmarks for this achievement.
The variables in this study are service quality, price, and trust as independent variables and customer satisfaction as the dependent variable. The sample in this study were 100 people using Telkomsel card, with sampling using non-probability incidental techniques or accidental sampling techniques based on chance who interacted with researchers and were suitable as data sources. Data collection using questionnaires that are distributed online. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression F test and T test.
The results of this study indicate that service quality, price, and trust partially have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality, price, and trust simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. And service quality is the dominant variable that affects customer satisfaction
