Pengaruh Skill Work Attitude dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Tanaman Pangan Hortikultura dan Perkebunan Kab. Malang (CD + Cetak)
This study is intended to determine the positive and significant effect of individual skills, work attitude, and work environment on employee performance at the Food Crops, Horticulture and Plantation Office of Malang Regency. Because the regional apparatus organization considers the importance of skills, work attitude, and work environment towards the work that has been given to each employee, besides that there is a need for reciprocity, namely good performance for the regional apparatus organization.
The sample consisted of 70 employees of the Food Crops, Horticulture and Plantation Office of Malang Regency. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, and dominant test.
The results of this study indicate that skills, work attitude, and work environment partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And work attitude is a variable that has a dominant influence on employee performance.
