Pengaruh Beban Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Notaris di Kota Malang (CD + Cetak)
This research is intended to find out the positive and significant influence of workload, work environment, and job satisfaction individually and simultaneously on the performance of notary employees in Malang. Because the company considers the importance of workload and work environment for the work given to each employee. In addition, the need for reciprocity, namely job satisfaction obtained after performing a good performance for the company. The sample consisted of 74 employees of Malang City Notary. The data analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, F test, T test, and determination test. The results of this study indicate that individual workload, work environment, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Workload, work environment, and job satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And the work environment becomes the dominant variable that affects employee performance.
