Pengaruh Stress Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Perilaku Cyberloafing Pegawai Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Malang (CD + Cetak)
With the demands of high duties as well as required to give the service of the maximum can make the officers sick with a routine job performed, sometimes the officials do not realize if do cyberloafing. The purpose of the research to find out and mendiskripsikan about the stress of work, working environment as well as the behavior of cyberloafing. To know and analyze what are the stress of work and the working environment in partial and simultaneous effect on the behavior of cyberloafing officer of the Department of Education and Culture of the City of Malang. To know and analyze where between the stress of work and the range of work that has the impact of the dominant on the behavior of cyberloafing officer of the Department of Education and Culture of the City of Malang.
This research use the method of quantitative with data collection techniques through the dissemination of questionnaire and data library. The sample in this research is 70 officials of the Department of Education and Culture of the City of Malang. The technique of data analysis used is regression linear multiple by using SPSS 25. Methods of data analysis used is test the quality of the data, test the assumptions of the classic, test the hypothesis, and the coefficient value of beta.
The results of this research show that the stress of work and the range of work influential simultaneously and the significance on the behavior of cyberloafing as shown by the floor signfiikansi F < α (0,000 < 0,05) and the adjusted R square as large as 0,403. It means putting the stress of work and the working environment is 40,3% against the behavior of cyberloafing officer of the Department of Education and Culture of the City of Malang.
