The problem that is commonly faced by companies in general is in the promotion system, sometimes fhe evaluation process to promote someone is not transparent or objective, such as proximity, like or dislike, because there is a request from shareholde,rs or other reasons. PSC 119 Malang City is one of the agencies from the health depaftment that is given the task, authority and responsibility to overcome the problems regarding medical emergencies. Ihis study aims to analyze the seniority and loyalty of employees partially and simultaneously influential on the promotion of the PSC 719 position in Malang. Job Promotion.
Based on the resu/fs of research conducted that the variables of senioity and employee toyalty have a partial effect on job promotion. F fesf resulfs of employee seniority and loyalty vaiables together or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on job promotions. This study also proves fhe strength of the relationship and the influence between employee loyalty to the promotion of the position ranked first, second, the strength of the relationship and the influence between seniority on the promotion of the position. The more loyal the employees, the greater the employee's opportunity to be promoted.
The impact of this research is to make employees more loyal to the company so that it will make the employee's seryrce life higher and make the employee a senior employee. Employees with seniority and high loyalty have better performance and are able to develop, benefit and achieve organizational goals.
