This study aims to explain The Effect of Career Development and Job Promotion Against the Spirit of The Work in the Office of PT. TELKOM Witel Malang JL. A. Yani No. 11, Malang. The hypothesis of this study is that Career Development and Job Promotion have a positive and significant influence on the Employee's Work Spirit in the Office of PT. TELKOM Witel Malang. The research method used is descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression statistical analysis methods. Before conducting a multiple linear regression statistical analysis, researchers conducted a classic assumption test and in addition the researchers also tested the instrument validity and reliability with the help of the SPSS program version 15.00 for windows. The study population was employees of the Office of PT. TELKOM Witel Malang by sampling using census techniques. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between the variables of Career Development and Job Promotion with Work Spirit of 45.5% with Adjusted R Square of 51.7% and the remaining 48.3% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study . The t test showed that the Career Development and Job Promotion variables had a positive and significant effect on the Employee Morale at PT. TELKOM Witel Malang.
