Analisis Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PG. Rejosarie Magetan PTPN XI (CD + Cetak)

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work environment on the performance of PG Redjosarie Magetan employees simultaneously and partially. Samples in this study were 74 respondents. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis.
It turns out that leadership and motivation partially have no significant effect on employee performance. It turns out that the work environment partially has a significant effect on employee performance. It turns out that leadership, motivation and the work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. It shows that the higher level of leadership and motivation cannot improve employee performance but the higher level of work environment can improve employee performance.
