Analisis Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Budaya Organisasi dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi pada Polres Kota Malang) Periode 2016-2020 (CD + Cetak)
The purpose of this research is 1) to determine the effect of leadership style on Employee Performance 2) to determine the influence of Organizational culture on employee performance and 3) to determine the effect of work stress on employee performance. The population in this reseach was 150 members / employees. The number of samples used was 60 respondents. The sampling technique used was incidental sampling technique. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression analysis. The test results for the relationship between the Leadership Style to the Performance of Test Employees obtained tcount of 4,952 and a table of 1,672. Furthermore, for Organizational Culture Variables on Employee Performance, the result of tcount is 1.054 and ttable is 1.672. Furthermore, for Work Stress Variable on Employee Performance, the result of tcount is (-0.191) and ttable is 1.672. It was concluded that this reseach found a significant influence partially Leadership Style on the Performance of Malang City Police Employees.
