Banks are financial institutions that work based on public trust, where the bank's operational activities are raising funds and channeling funds. The bank plays a role
in improving the welfare of the community by providing bank services needed by the community, in addition to being able to save money in the bank, the public can
borrow money in the form of credit to the bank to meet their needs. Credit is a financial facility that allows a person or business entity to borrow money to buy products and repay them within a specified time period. The credit can be in the form
of consumer credit or credit in nature to develop its business. The government provides a credit program for people who have small businesses and will develop it with the People's Business Credit (KUR) program. This study aims to determine the
procedure for granting People's Business Credit to PT. Bank X (Persero) Tbk. Batu Malang Branch. Based on the results of the study showed that the procedure for granting People's Business Credit (KUR) at PT. Bank X (Persero) Tbk. Batu Malang Branch includes the stages of filing documents, investigation of collateral files, interviews I, on the spot, interview II, credit decisions, signing of credit agreements, credit realization, and distribution / withdrawal of money.
