This research was conducted to examine and determine the provision of people's business credit (KUR). This research was conducted to explain the procedures and supervision of problems in micro business credit (KUR) PT Bank X Jaaksa Agung Suprapto, regarding the criteria for prospective debtors and to find out the obstacles faced in granting people's business credit. This study uses a descriptive method, namely the purpose of this research is to conduct an observation method to obtain accurate data according to the source and existing documents to determine the procedures for granting and controlling credit for micro-business people's business credit (KUR) at Bank X, based on the results of research conducted. , the procedure for granting and supervising credit based on people's business credit (KUR), must meet the requirements set by the bank by including a letter of application for people's business credit. The bank examines and conducts interviews whether the application can be forwarded or not. The Bank makes observations or on the spot to the place of business to find out whether the business credit application exists and is in accordance with the credit application from the debtor. Re-analyze the credit application files to obtain SP3K (letter of confirmation of credit agreement approval) and capital funds will be disbursed for the debtor's business after making an agreement with a notary and in this study using the 5C principle.
