Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Bank X (CD + Cetak)

This study aims to determine: (1) The influence of work motivation variables on employee performance at Bank X, (2) The influence of work environment variables on employee performance at Bank X, (3) The influence of work motivation and work environment variables on employee performance at Bank X .
This research is categorized as a survey research, where the research instrument is a questionnaire. The population in this study were 30 employees of Bank X. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 3 variables. The data collection technique used was purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using IBM SPSS Statistic 25.
The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has no significant effect on employee performance and work motivation and work environment simultaneously have an influence on employee performance.
