Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Bank X (CD + Cetak)
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance at PT. Bank X. This study uses a subject as many as 17 employees and data collection using questionnaires.
The results of this study are proven by simple linear regression analysis and the coefficient of determination (R2). Simple linear regression analysis is used to determine the direction of the relationship between leadership style and employee performance whether positive or negative and to predict the value of employee performance to increase or decrease.
The regression result is Y = 12.099 + 0.002X, where a = 12.099 shows that if the employee performance appraisal value is constant X = 0, then the employee's performance is 12.099 and b = 0.002. The coefficient of determination is 0.492, meaning that the contribution of the leadership style variable affects the employee performance variable by 0.492 or 49.2% and the remaining 50.8% is influenced by other variables not in this study.
