The prupose of this research to determine the influence of organizational culture and leadership on employee performance in PT.Banak Mandiri (persero) Tbk KCP Galunggung.
By creating quality human resources then the impotance of improving the resources that continue to change by demanding that each individual or grup should be able to improve its performance. The purpose of this research is to look at the influnce of organizational culture and leadership on employee performance by obtaining research results that organizational culture and leadership have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.
The methodological research used is quantitative research whose clear nature is to highlight the influence between research variabels and inference statistics for analysis coeffcient correlation and analysis of multiple linear regressions with primary data sources processed using SSPS.
