Upaya Sosialisasi Kredit Usaha Mikro melalui Media Online (Studi pada PT. Bank X (Persero) Tbk. Cab. Ahmad Yani Malang) (CD + Cetak)
This research is motivated by the main function of banking, namely as a collector and channel of funds from the public. PT. Bank X (Persero) Tbk, Ahmad Yani Branch Malang, which distributes funds to the public in the form of micro business credit products (KUM). Along with the development of credit which grows significantly, of course it cannot be separated from a competition that must be handled and resolved. (KUM) through online media is one of the bank's efforts to socialize micro credit products to the public at large. This effort is carried out in order to increase the number of micro business credit (KUM) customers. In this study, we want to find out the efforts made by the bank to implement socialization through online media in order to increase the number of people h micro business credit (KUM).
This research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Qualitative research is a type of research that produces findings that are not achieved by using statistical procedures or other means of quantification (measurement). While the data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and observations.
The data analysis technique used in the writing of this Final Project is descriptive analysis, where the data that has been obtained from the research location is then analyzed and then presented in writing in the report. The results
of this study indicate that the socialization of micro business credit (KUM) through online media by utilizing existing social media is one way to increase the number of micro business credit (KUM) customers at PT. Bank X (Persero) Tbk
