This study aims to determine : (1) To describe the development of a product in marketed marketing (2) In order to achieve the expected business goals in marketing (3)Implementation of Mandiri Savings Plan Indicators and Field Findings on Mandiri Tabungan Rencana product, This research is a survey research with a quantitative approach. The sample of this research is employees PT.Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. A total of 30 employees used observation techniques between old and new product data, while data analysis was performed using simple regression analysis
The results of the study found that: Every company in carrying out its business activities always prepares a plan of activities that will be carried out in order to achieve the expected business goals. Strategy is an overall approach that deals with implementing ideas, planning, and executing an activity within a certain timeframe to achieve all goals. Strategy formulation is a process of preparing future steps intended to build the organization's vision and mission, establish corporate strategic and financial goals and design strategies to achieve these goals in order to provide good customer value. With indicators and field findings; (1) Product potential: The interest is higher than savings and other savings (2) Market potential: People are interested because the interest is higher than savings or other savings (3) Product barriers: Lack of public understanding of the Mandiri Tabunga Rencana product, because in these areas many people prefer savings and other savings. (4) Market Development: In this strategy to add new customers no longer added to the old market, PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. KC Wahid Hasyim Malang. East Java will increase its promotion by distributing brochures, giving gifts, souvenirs and parcels. (5) Product Development: This strategy is to extend the life of the products offered by carrying out research on the products or customer needs that are most needed so that PT. Bank Mandiri (persero) Tbk. KC Wahid Hasyim Malang. Jawa Timur can modify products both from fast service and administration that does not affect service. Marketing will be ready to serve with a system to pick up the ball (6) Distribution of brochures: Distribution of brochures This media is also considered very effective in attracting customers. Promoting products with brochures can provide complete information regarding the products offered. So that consumers know the advantages, benefits, convenience and so on so that it is clearer.
