This Final Project research is motivated by the bank as one of the financial institutions engaged in the service sector which must be able to provide the best service to be able to win the competition in this increasingly rapid situation. The bank offers a very easy and comfortable service and ensures customer satisfaction through mobile banking services. Mobile banking services have become a way of banking transactions that is increasingly increasing at this time. In general, most banks have facilitated customers with mobile banking services, complete with attractive features on offer. The purpose of this research is how mobile banking services in the Covid-19 era as an effort to increase customer interest in PT. Bank X KCP (Sub-Branch Office) Malang.
This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. Qualitative research is data that is presented in the form of words (writing), pictures or videos that have meaning while the data collection techniques used in this study are interviews and observations. The data analysis technique used in this writing is descriptive analysis, where the data that has been obtained from the research location will be analyzed and then presented in writing in this report.
