Pengaruh Motivasi Terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Kredit pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Malang (CD + Cetak)
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on improving employee performance on SME credit at PT Bank Mandiri Merdeka Malang. This study uses simple linear regression analysis as a research method. From the
analysis, it can be concluded that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance on the SME credit of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Malang. This means that if work motivation increases, employee
performance will also increase. From the results of the hypothesis it shows that the results of the work motivation
test show a significant level of 0.000. This significant level is less than 0.05, which means that the hypothesis in this study rejects Ho and accepts Ha. Thus, it means that the hypothesis there is a significant influence between work motivation and employee performance.
