Research in this Final Project is motivated by the Bank as one of the financial institutions engaged in the service sector, must be able to provide the best service to be able to win the competition in a situation that moves forward
quickly and competitively, this aims to retain existing customers and reach out potential new customers. Cross selling is one of the efforts of banks in new bank products to customers. This effort was carried out in order to raise third party funds. In this study, researchers wanted to know the efforts made by the bank to carry out cross selling in the context at PT. Bank X KCP (Sub-Branch Office) Batu Malang.
This research is a field research with a qualitative approach. Qualitative research is a type of research that produces findings that cannot be achieved using statistical procedures or other methods of quantification (measurement). While the data collection techniques used in this study are interviews and observation.
The data analysis technique used in the writing of this Final Project is descriptive analysis, where the data that has been obtained from the next research location is analyzed and then presented in writing in the report. The results of this study indicate that good service quality is one way to shape customer trust and support the success of cross selling efforts in the context at PT. Bank X KCP (Sub-Branch Office) Batu.
