PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset is a state-owned company where all shares are owned by the state and all of its activities are fully responsible to the state.
PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset as an institution provided by the state to help deal with companies or entities that have experienced crises or company problems, to be more precese this PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset can be known as a corporate doctor who provides various services and services including : investment,restructuring, consulting, financing.
PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset has several principles in work, namely as a support for the achievement of company goals, namely : teamwork, stewardship, integrity, excellence, entrepreneurship. This principle is very important because without it the company’sn goals cannot be achieved properly.
To support the achievement of company goals, a motivation is needed in order to encourage employees to be able to provide the best for the company itself. Good motivation can meet needs and achieve company golas. With a salary, a position in accordance with the ability of the employee, it is hoped that the employee can be dedicated to the company.
Data obtained through distributing questionnaires as many as 30 respondents at PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset. The analysis used is descriptive using the mean, median, and diagrams with the help of the SPPS computer program.
The type of data used is qualitative and quantitative. Data sources, namely primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques using the SPPS program.
The conclusion and result of the analysis is that the level of work motivation of the employees of PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset is categorized as high.
