Analisis Kualitas Pelayanan pada Agung Tour dan Travel (CD + Cetak)
This study aims to analyze the factors that influence customer satisfaction with Travel service users with a focus on Agung Tour and Travel, which is located in Karanganyar Village, Poncokusumo District, Malang Regency. This research was conducted using a questionnaire method to 30 respondents who used the services of Agung Tour and Travel, which were obtained using non-probability sampling techniques with an accidental sampling approach and the population used in this study were consumers who had used Agung Tour and Travel services. The analysis method used is quantitative analysis, namely Frequency Distribution analysis, where the frequency will be seen from the lowest to the highest or vice versa. Based on the results of the Frequency Distribution analysis, the results obtained Tagibles obtained the best assumption data as much as 73, reliability as much as 60, responsibility as much as 68, Empathy as much as 66, Assurance as much as 78 and tariff 77.
