Pengaruh Kedisiplinan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi pada PT. Bank Mandiri Kantor Cabang Sutoyo Malang (Persero) Tbk. (CD + Cetak)
This study aims to determine: (1) To describe the Work Discipline and Employee Performance at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, (2) To analyze the effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. This research is a survey research with a quantitative approach. The sample of this research is the employees of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, totaling 30 employees with the sampling technique proportional data sampling. The data were collected using a questionnaire while the data analysis was carried out using Simple Regression Analysis. The results of the study found that: (1) a description of the Work Discipline and Employee Performance of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Discipline is a process that can foster a person's feelings to maintain and improve organizational goals objectively through compliance with organizational rules, in other words, Discipline is the attitude of obeying the rules and regulations that have been set without strings attached. And performance is a result of work achieved by a person in carrying out his duties on skills, efforts and opportunities. Based on the explanation above, performance is a result achieved by a person in carrying out tasks based on skills, experience and seriousness and time according to predetermined standards and criteria. (2) Discipline work has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk amounting to (β) 0.720 The constant value is 8.767, which means that if the Discipline variable (X) is equal to zero, then the Employee Performance variable (Y) is 8.767. Discipline Variable (X) has a positive regression coefficient value of 0.720. This says that every single unit of Discipline variable (X) will have an effect on the Employee Performance variable (Y) will increase by 0.720. The data shows that Discipline (X) has a positive (unidirectional) effect on Employee Performance (Y), meaning that the higher the discipline, the higher the employee's performance.
