Analisis Pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan dan Leverage Terhadap Profitabilitas pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Makanan dan Minuman yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2014-2018 (CD + Cetak)
This research is meant to know and analyze Influence in corporate size and leverage on profitability Food and beverage companies registered to the stock exchange Indonesia period 2014-2018. It's a quantitative study. The data this study uses is a secondary data of financial statements (balance sheets and income statements).
The method of sampling taking is an impressive sample. From 26 companies only 12 companies meet the criteria. The method of analysis in the study is a descriptive, classic assumption, linear regression, determinative coefficient, the t and the f-test of the study. The findings suggest that companies overall size does not affect profitability, leverage has a partial influence on profitability, corporate size and leverage simultaneously contribute to profitability. This study suggests 1) researchers should then consider expanding samples outside the food and beverage sub sector and consider the observation period of time, but keep an eye on company characteristics consistent with the corporate sector in order to get good results. 2) many other factors have influenced profitability to be considered by further researchers. Researchers, in turn, may be doing research on profitability, considering variable use. Other variables more extensive than those studied in this study.
