Pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dalam Memberikan Excellent Service (Studi pada PT. BNI (Persero), Tbk. Kantor Cabang Pembantu Universitas Brawijaya) (CD + Cetak)
PT BNI KCP Universitas Brawijaya as a company engaged in banking services still has a level of work that is not maximal in providing services, this can occur because of interpersonal communication in a poor work environment. This study aims to determine the effect of interpersonal communication on employee performance in providing excellent service at PT BNI KCP Universitas Brawijaya. The approach used in this study uses a quantitative approach with a sample size of 49 respondents who are permanent employees of PT BNI KCP Universitas Brawijaya. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert measurement scale. The data analysis method used is validity and reliability test, simple linear regression test, t test with the SPSS application.
The results of this study indicate that interpersonal communication on employee performance has a significant effect. It can be seen from the results of the hypothesis test that the t value is 9.335> 1.678 t table, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected as well as the results of the hypothesis test on interpersonal communication on excellent service to obtain t count - 0.486
