E-Bola - Edan Bola is one of the flagship programs on RCB 89.5 FM (Radio Chakra Bhuwana), the program airs every Monday to Sunday starting at 06.00-08.30 in the morning, with a duration of 2 hours and 30 minutes of the E-Bola program - Edan Bola. also split the content at two; 06.00-07.00 (news about international and national football) & 07.00-08.30 (news and interactive with listeners about AREMA). RCB 89.5 FM as AREMANIA's translator succeeded in building emotional bonding among the Malang people. In order to maintain its existence, a strategy and management is needed to direct and encourage people who work in their fields.

This study intends to explain how the strategy of RCB 89. 5 FM in the city of Malang to maintain its existence through the E-Bola program - Edan Bola, whose information is still needed by the Malang community as a football-loving society.
In this study using qualitative methods and the informants in this study were 3 people. The results of this study indicate that the RCB 89.5 FM (Radio Chakra Bhuwana) strategy begins with program planning, program strategy analysis,
program mix. Efforts in program strategy require management to direct the people who work in accordance with their duties, namely: planning, organizing, directing and giving influence, and monitoring. In addition, RCB 89.5 FM (Chakra Bhuwana Radio) uses organizational communication whose duties are interconnected, to direct people / individuals, departments, and divisions.
