Service is the main key determining success in a business or activity that is service in nature. Meanwhile, services are all economic activities that have value or benefit to help and facilitate users or consumers. Currently Instagram social media is among the most popular in Indonesia because the features of the Instagram social media always have an increasingly rapid development of innovation, so that its users will also increase. The level of success in service delivery is determined by the level of satisfaction and service recipients so as to increase the interest of train users and services
The research objective to be achieved is to determine the effect of service messages at PT Kereta Api Indonesia via Instagram on interest in using train services, where the contents of messages and photos on Instagram @ KAI121_ account posts are presented in an easy to understand manner and attract train users in enjoy railway services and facilities. The research method in this study uses quantitative methods with a simple linear regression approach with a number of respondents 100 people. The results of this study indicate that Instagram @ KAI121_, which informs trains that are monitored online and can be stored and shared, has the highest quality of information which has the characteristics, attributes, or quality of information that has more value.
